Itera, together with Banca March’s design office, defined the technical requirements that are aligned with the company’s internal project standard. In such a way that the process, based on the identification of key information, is able to generate resources automatically to speed up the general life cycle of the demand received by your project management office (PMO).
Our specialists were in charge of designing and implementing a customized solution that unlocks the agility potential of Banca March’s teams. A solution based on Atlassian tools and specially configured, whose adaptation process was made possible through expert accompaniment.
This solution has generated such a significant positive impact on the bank’s internal demand management, that it is currently evolving in the integration of maintenance areas through Jira Service Management, finally seeking to cover that post-warranty phase of the projects.
